Lentil Bolognese Sourdough Pizza Toast with a Simple Green Salad
Ingredients
Lentil Bolognese
Red pepper, finely diced
Olive, roughly chopped
Grated cheese
Fresh basil leaves.
For the Salad
Romaine or similar, torn
Carrot, grated or in julienne
Red cabbage, finely sliced
Vinaigrette
Method
Turn on the oven on at about 180°C.
Toast the sourdough bread lightly.
Add a layer of Lentil Bolognese followe by grated cheese, diced peppers and olives.
Put in pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime prepare the salad.
Add basil to the pizza toast.
Serve and enjoy.
